How long with Realty Northwest:
Since January, 2005

What I like best about working at Realty Northwest:
Realty-Northwest is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in Montana. The staff has a high level of integrity, and are a kick in the pants to work with. I like meeting new people and helping them find their special piece of Montana.
Skiing in Montana
Favorite Realty Northwest moment:
Our bowling night guys against girls. We will give the women another chance next time. I will make sure to bring them some crying towels.

What I like to do when I'm not working:
Past times in Northwest Montana, Hunting, waterskiing, fishing, local school sports and hiking.

What I like most about living in Montana:
The scenic beauty of this State, and over 30 million acres of national forest. The attitude of the people and the pace of life. Summer water sports on the 36-mile long Noxon reservoir.

Glenn and familyMy favorite Montana memory:
One morning while elk hunting just after sunrise with the horizon glowing orange and fog blanketing the Beaver Creek valley below, a huge flock of trumpeter swans flew between the fog blanket and the orange horizon, sounding off their migration ritual. It was a special moment that words cannot describe.

Defining moments in my life:
When I turned thirty I thought I would be further ahead with my career. After doing some soul searching I came to an understanding that my priorities were out of balance. When I put my relationship with God Glenn & Wife, Evelynback into its proper place, peace and understanding took control of my life and made me a better husband and father to my three sons.

Where I see myself 20 years from now:
Every day is a gift and God willing I see myself playing with my grandkids. When I retire I would like to give some my extra time to people in need. Staying very active, I am not going to sit on my rear.

Who I look up to and/or admire:
My grandma; she lost her husband when she was 30. She raised seven children through the depression years. They were never without a home, food, shelter or love. Never once did I ever hear her complain about anything. She is a beacon of light in my life.

Glenn & SonIf I had the resources and ability to change anything in the world.?
Having the resources to throw at poverty and all the other dysfunctional things we see in this world does not work. As we can see, we are one of the richest nations in the history of mankind yet we still seem empty and still trying to find the next best thing. Mother Theresa is a good example of how to make a difference. She came from a very wealthy family, gave it all up, and started the Sisters of Charity. From that one vocation there are now over 130 homes throughout India serving the poor. If we all had that same spirit of helping people in need, this world would be a different place.
