How long with Realty Northwest:
Since 2002, and holding strong!

Steph at Jenny LakeWhat I like best about working at Realty Northwest:
I love the atmosphere, the fact that I get to listen to 'my kind' of music at work. I love all the people I work with in the office; we are like one big happy family. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't laugh, we are a bunch of characters and know it! Also I love getting to interact and build friendships with all the clientele who venture in and out of our office; I have met some amazing people.

Favorite Realty Northwest moment:
Oh gosh, this is a hard one, there are so many. I would have to say the last Christmas party we had at our old office was one to remember' hair on fire, bright green flashes, watching those who drank a few too many toddies, 'Pull Steph & Danmy finger' CD and William Hungs rendition of songs' too much fun! You had to be there to appreciate it all!

What I like to do when I'm not working:
I guess I am a Jill of all trades when it comes to R&R; spending time with Dan, playing fetch and cuddling with Sophie our lab, visiting with my family, hanging out with my sister Arikka, softball in the summer, bowling in the winter, boating, hiking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, camping, 4-wheeling, sitting on the couch with a blanket watching movies, floating the river with the girls, photography, weekends in Missoula & just enjoying some 'me' time every once in a while!

Steph & sister, ArikkaWhat I like most about living in Montana:
The MOUNTAINS! I could never live in a place without the comfort & protection of these majestic creations. The scenery in general is just astounding! I love the fact that any recreational outdoor activity is available just out my back door. I love the small town atmosphere and the fact that we are just close enough to all the material amenities if needed. I love the fact that we have four seasons! granted I like the sunshine the most, but there is a certain beauty and serenity brought to you in the winter months. There is a reason that Montana is the "last best place".

My favorite Montana memory:
Overnight houseboat trips with my grandma, Dad taking us on hikes, spending time on my grandparents farm helping bottle feed calves and taking hay rides, going to the river with mom and the sledding hill my dad used to make for us when we were kids.

My favorite Montana photo:
This sunrise view from our front deck! (See Right)

Defining moments in my life:
In kindergarten my best friend was diagnosed with Leukemia. I spent all the time in the world I could with him, making sure the teacher knew when he had doctor's appointments and the times I got to go with him to his appointments was always fun, cause we would stay at the Ronald McDonald house and the clown there would magically pull balls out of our ears. Fact of the matter is that he fought it and has been in remission ever since. Even though I was very young, it made me realize how priceless life is and how much will a person can endure. So I try to live my life to the best I know how and not dwell on the small things cause they really don’t matter in the big picture.

Steph and Grandma (Gwen)Where I see myself 20 years from now:
Lying on a white sand beach somewhere tropical, two pool boys fanning me with big leaves, a pina colada in hand, soaking up the sun and listening to the waves crash on the beach… but in reality… I will most likely be enjoying raising a family and living life to it’s fullest.

Who I look up to and/or admire:
My Grandma!! She is the most amazing individual I know: hard working, compassionate, creative & loving! I know if I grow to even be half the woman she is… I will be an amazing individual.

If I had the resources and ability to change anything in the world.?
Well the first thing I would do is snap my fingers and everyone in the world Steph at Tetonswould look at each other as equals, war would only be a word not an action, no one would be dying of hunger and disease, all children and animals would have loving homes and you would not be able to pass judgment on a person without first getting to know them.

2) "Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it, if it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it." -Anonymous
