Noxon is snuggled between the base of the mountains and the Cabinet Reservoir and accessed by a one lane bridge. Known for it’s town wide July 4th celebrations the sense of community here is strong.

Location & Attractions
Noxon Montana is located in a lush valley, along on the beautiful Cabinet Gorge Reservoir. The reservoir was created in 1952 and features three boat launches and limitless recreation possibilities.
A hunting and fishing dreamland, the town is loaded with wildlife, and is home to spectacular mountain and river vistas in all directions that will take your breath away!
Cabinet Gorge Reservoir
A paradise for boating, skiing, camping and fishing, situated between the Cabinet Gorge Dam and the Noxon Dam.
Ross Creek Cedars
A 100 acre scenic area home to to 1000 year old cedar trees with a .9 mile long walking trail.
Cabinet Mountain Wilderness
Explore the untouched beauty of Montana’s wilderness with it’s 94 miles of trails.
Pilgrim Creek Park
A family friendly park with a river overlook for fishing or viewing, play equipment, baseball facilities, a walking trail and a disc golf course.
Gem Peak
Offering year round recreation, it is home to a lookout that is available for rent and the Gem Peak Warming Hut which offers respite for sportsmen in winter and summer alike.
Bull River
From the boat launch and campground at the bay to fishing, kayaking, Bull River is a recreational wonderland.
Triangle Pond
A much loved spot for picnics, swimming, fishing and more. It features a beach with a swimming platform along with picnic tables and fire rings.
Noxon Community Park
This great little park is the site of the Fourth of July celebration, a boat launch, covered picnic facility and limited camping use.
