ABOUT GAIL ENGER

Gail Enger

Broker Associate

Gail was the fearless leader, Broker/Owner of Realty Northwest for many years and was a salesperson for it from the beginning in 1996. She sold real estate in the very skinny years in the 80’s when interest rates were at all time highs and has always been an active investor and builder.

Not only does she love to build, but she is extremely detail-oriented and creative when problems are encountered. Having helped design and build many homes herself, she is intimate with many decisions and complexities of property improvement and thinks through maintenance and holding cost objectives. She is an inventive problem-solver.

Having grown up in Idaho with her beautiful mother Bette, who was a dairy farmer and restaurant owner and her tenacious father, who stormed Normandy, D-day in World War II, survived, drove for the Nuremberg Trials and upon retirement ran a sawmill and raised his children Bill and Gail on 40 acres on Harris Ridge. Gail comes from industrious, resourceful, tough stock and she will work hard for you!

With her husband, Tom, a retired ironworker, Gail has designed and built some incredibly unique and awe-inspiring structures in the area with iron frames, walls of windows and incredible locations capturing captivating scenes on the river with our beloved mountains as the backdrop. She and Tom have an eye for incredible land and great construction and design.

Gail loves to be outside and absolutely loves bare land. She is an excellent tour guide having lived in the area over 48 years. Working on Main Street most of those years, she knows most everyone and is well loved in the community. Those connections are priceless when you are buying or selling your home. Having a local agent that knows not only the area, but the contractors and people cannot be understated.

Gail works hard for her clients and has a heart of gold. She will take excellent care of you! She would be one of the three agents, I would hire if I had to choose! Oh, and she is my mother.
